House Clouds End is a contemporary Morningside residence where the brief centred on the principal living space — a generous, light-filled room with a polished stone fireplace and direct garden views. The owners wanted furniture that would hold its own against strong contemporary art without competing with it.

We curated a small set of considered pieces: low-profile sofas in a warm grey, a sculptural brushed-brass coffee table as the room's quiet centre, a pair of upholstered chaises for reading. The result is a room that reads as one composition — measured, restrained, and confident in its restraint.
